IHCA AND FHCA SELECT VCPI FOR CLINICAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS
Program attendees to benefit from 50+ years of professional experience in Senior Living and Post Acute care
MARCH 30, 2010 - MILWAUKEE, WI: The Idaho Healthcare Association (IHCA) and Florida Healthcare Association (FHCA) have selected VCPI, head-quartered in Milwaukee, WI, to run upcoming clinical education programs. Rita R. Roedel, M.S., RN, and National Director of Clinical Reimbursement for Extendicare Health Services; as well as Lisa Hohlbein, RN, B.S., RAC-CT, MSCN, and manager of clinical consulting at VCPI, will co-present. Roedel and Hohlbein will share over 50+ years of combined professional experience in healthcare with program attendees.
In Idaho, IHCA will offer a MDS 3.0 Training Session; date to be announced shortly.

Rita R. Roedel, M.S., RN is the National Director of Clinical Reimbursement for Extendicare Health Services. Withmore than 35 years in healthcare, Rita’s expertise spans clinical reimbursement, senior living, post acute care and sub-acute operations, corporate compliance, and development of staff education materials. Rita has presented more than 600 facility, regional, state and national workshops on a variety of operational and clinical topics. Rita is a member of the editorial board for PPS Alert for Senior Living and Post Acute Care Care. In addition, she is a Master Teacher for AANAC. Rita’s has articles published in Provider, Contemporary Senior Living and Post Acute Care, and Sub-Acute Care.
Lisa Hohlbein, RN, B.S., RAC-CT, MSCN; is the Manager of Clinical Consulting at VCPI. With over 18 years in healthcare, care Lisa’s experience spans clinical reimbursement, senior living, post acute care and sub-acute care assessment and operations, leadership and team building, and development of education tools. Lisa has also performed and overseen reimbursement reviews for Medicaid and PPS in multi-state, skilled nursing facilities. Lisa has presented more than 80 facility, regional, state, and national workshops on a variety of topics. Lisa is a member of AANAC, and participates on the Ohio Health Care Association’s MDS Task Force.
